MOLD REMOVAL & ABATEMENT

While we specialize in all commercial and residential mold testing, abatement and remediation. All our work carries a three year mold-free guarantee.We carry out the following Industry Standardized Mold Removal Protocol which includes the following steps:

​

1) Isolation of the infested area and

setting up of our special HEPA air scrubber

2) Application of sporulation inhibitor to prevent contamination during removal

and abatement

3) Removal of the contaminated materials.

4) Application of fungacidal wash to areas that are exposed

5) Then a very thorough cleanup of the surrounding area is done

6) After this we apply a mold growth inhibitor on all exposed areas

7) We then set up a rapid drying system consisting of fans and a dehumidifier

8) Lastly, we conduct a final testing with a baseline report where indicated
